Overview

Using a wide range of machining centers and Mill/Drill machines, we are able to process a wide variety of materials and components to fulfill our customers needs.

Our machines allow us to manufacture anything from complex military connectors to a simple plate with a few holes. We have invested in FeatureCam, a suite of 3D CAD/CAM software which combines cutting edge technology with ease of use. Indexing and quick change pallet systems are widely used to maximise productivity.

Repro Engineering has invested in a new Doosan DNM 6700 4th axis machine with 1300mm travel enabling a wider range of work pieces to increase capacity, productivity and process reliability.

The machine is equipped with powerful direct drive spindles, large working envelopes and has Fanuc controls. The incorporation of thermal error compensation systems, roller LM guideways with grease lubrication and quick-change ATCs .
